Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture items, our specialized logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient time for a white-glove pickup from your home.
Inspection and Processing
Once your sofa arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it is in original, like-new condition.
Receive Your Refund
After inspection approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
